Sec. Kiko Benitez Welcomes Top Officials to Silay for Tour of Hawaiian Milling Company, Showcasing Sugar Production and Negrense Industrial Heritage

I’m glad to welcome TESDA Deputy Director Generals Rosanna A. Urdaneta, Vidal D. Villanueva III, Nelly Nita N. Dillera, and Felizardo R. Colambo and TESDA Regional and Executive Directors to Silay!

We had the privilege of taking them on a tour of the Hawaiian Milling Company in Silay City, one of the oldest operational sugar mills in Negros, to show them how sugar is produced and its significance to our local industrial economy and Negrense culture.
