TESDA Director General, Secretary Jose Francisco Kiko Benitez presented his TESDABest plan that encapsulates his eight-point agenda for his leadership in TESDA.

Secretary Benitez also shared his vision to have a dynamic TVET system that produces work-ready, future-ready, competitive, and agile middle- and high-skilled TVET graduates to support full employment and economic transformation.
