Communal Water Service Launched In Silay Barangay Kapitan Ramon
The Level 2 Water System in Barangay Kapitan Ramon in Silay City was recently inaugurated with Third District Congressman Francisco “Kiko” Benitez and Silay Mayor Mark Golez leading the simple program.
The P 5-M Level 2 Water Supply System or facility is composed of a source, a reservoir, a piped distribution network with adequate treatment facility and communal faucets. It has a capacity of 4,000 liters and serves 300 households in Barangay Kapitan Ramon.
Also present in the inaugural rites were Senator JV Ejercito, Department of Public Works and Highways District Engineer Abraham Villareal, Silay City Councilors Edwin John Dennis Velez, Andrew John Penuela, Lyndon Bernardo, Ramon Celebre, Henry Belleza, and Punong Barangay Ronnie Aguirre.*
