As 2020 ends, we look back to the gains we had in Congress. It's been an unprecedented year fraught with crises but it's not all bad news. In September, the House of Representatives approved on final reading a bill we filed to establish a multi-species hatchery in Barangay Mambucog, Talisay City. This will support the growing aquaculture and seafood industry in the Third District and ensure the steady supply of fish and blue crabs for the domestic market and for export.
