After 6 years of hard work and planning, construction is finally about to start! Special thanks to Usec Roberto for ensuring a speedy process.

This center will not only boost development in Guinhalaran but also support our vision of making Negros a Tourism and Convention Hub, attracting visitors and boosting the local economy.

I am delighted to have joined DPWH Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo, Manong Mayor Albee Benitez, Governor Bong Lacson, and DPWH Regional Director Sonny Oropel for this occasion.
