TESDA Chief Benitez Thanks President Marcos Jr. for Signing EBET Act; Targets 105,000 Tech-Voc Scholars

We thank President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. for signing the ๐—˜๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฒ-๐—•๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—˜๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด (๐—˜๐—•๐—˜๐—ง) ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ ๐—”๐—ฐ๐˜ into law!

This law is a game-changer for the tech-voc sector. It will boost private sector participation in skills training through bigger incentives for businesses.

With it, we will help close the job-skills gap and create a clear โ€œtraining-to-trabahoโ€ path for better employment opportunities.

We ask Congress to fund EBET fully, we hope our good Senators and Members of the House support at least 105,000 scholars for 2025.

Sama-sama tayong magtulungan para bumuo ng isang competitive na Filipino workforce na handa sa mga pandaigdigang hamon. Padayon sa pag-asenso!
