The 25 trainees of the Dressmaking NC II class under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) of the Technological Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Silay City conducted by instructors from the Victory Business College recently received financial aid in the form of allowances.

The training facilitated by the office of Cong. Kiko Benitez in coordination with TESDA and the local government unit was slated for 38 days and was started in December 2020.*
