Through the Office of Congressman Jose Francisco “Kiko” Benitez, 203 Silaynons received their DOLE TUPAD Payout at Barangay 5, Silay City last September 13, 2022.
Payout of Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) is administered in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the District Office, and Local Government Unit headed by Mayor Joedith C. Gallego.
Present on the occasion were DOLE representative Ms. Cara Villafuerti, PESO representative Mrs. Renerose Osorio, and Barangay Captain Joel Peornato.
