For the first 100 days of my 2nd term in Congress, we authored legislative measures to improve the plight of our countrymen, proposed the establishment of needed facilities for our constituents in the Third district of Negros Occidental, and pushed for needed reforms in ICT, Agriculture, Environment, and Housing.
