The new barangay hall of Barangay Efigenio Lizares in Talisay today was formally inaugurated, attended by Talisay Councilors RJ Tuvilla and Junjun Treyes. Punong Barangay Jose Toledo welcomed guests with Fr. Nino Ruiz leading the blessing of the new building, the construction of which was facilitated with the support of Congressman Alfredo Benitez during his last term. The Congressional District Office of Cong. Francisco “Kiko” Benitez, new representative of the Third District was represented by Yvonnie Rose Alunan Dajay.
